Recruitment of Program Assistants on a One-Year Contract Basis

Applications are invited from individuals who fulfill the necessary qualifications for the post of Program Assistant at General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University.

The appointment will be for a one-year contract period, with a monthly allowance of Rs. 44,850/-.
You will be entitled to contributions for the Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) and Employees’ Trust Fund (ETF).
Extensions of service will be considered based on work performance, conduct, and attendance.

General Conditions

Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
Selection of candidates will be based on interview results, conducted in accordance with the recruitment procedures approved by General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University.
The total number of working days per week is 05, which includes the 02 weekend days.
The University reserves the right to shortlist candidates prior to calling them for an interview.

Program Assistant (On a One-Year Contract Basis)

Minimum Qualifications

Must have passed 06 subjects in the G.C.E. (Ordinary Level) examination in one sitting, with Credit (C) passes for the following three subjects:
- i. Sinhala / Tamil Language
- ii. English Language / English Literature
- iii. Mathematics AND
Must have passed all subjects (excluding the General Test) in the G.C.E. (Advanced Level) examination in one sitting.

Preferred Qualifications (Priority will be given to those who fulfill the following):

(a) Completion of a certificate course in Computer Application Software of not less than 06 months from a recognized institute. AND
(b) 02 years of experience in using computer application packages.

Age: Must be not less than 18 years and not more than 30 years as of the closing date of applications.

Monthly Remuneration: A monthly allowance of Rs. 44,850/- will be paid.

Other Benefits: Entitlement to Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF), Employees’ Trust Fund (ETF), and other applicable allowances.

ජෙනරාල් ශ්‍රීමත් ජෝන් කොතලාවල ආරක්ෂක විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයේ වැඩසටහන් සහකාර තනතුර සඳහා සුදුසුකම් සපුරා ඇති අයවලුන්ගෙන් අයදුම්පත් කැඳවනු ලැබේ.
ඔබගේ පත්වීම එක් අවුරුදු කොන්ත්‍රාත් කාලයක් සඳහා වන අතර මාසිකව රු. 44,850/- ක දීමනාවක් ගෙවනු ලබන අතර සේවක අර්ථ සාධක අරමුදල සහ සේවා නියුක්තියන්ගේ භාරකාර අරමුදල් දායකත්වයට හිමිකම් කියනු ලැබේ.
වැඩ, හැසිරීම හා පැමිණීම මත සේවයේ නැවත පිහිටුවීම් සඳහා සලකා බලනු ලැබේ.
විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයීය ආකෘති පත්‍රයට අනුව පිළියෙල කළ අයදුම්පත්, උප්පැන්න සහතිකයේ පිටපතක් හෝ ජාතික හැඳුනුම්පතේ පිටපතක්, සහතික කළ අධ්‍යාපන හා වෘත්තීය සුදුසුකම් සහතික සමඟ ලේඛකාධිකාරී, ජෙනරාල් ශ්‍රීමත් ජෝන් කොතලාවල ආරක්ෂක විශ්වවිද්‍යාලය, රත්මලාන යන ලිපිනයට ලියාපදිංචි තැපෑලෙන් හෝ ගෙනවිත් භාරදිය හැකිය.

පොදු කොන්දේසි

ශ්‍රී ලාංකික පුරවැසියෙකු විය යුතුය.
අයදුම්කරුවන් තෝරා ගැනීම ජෙනරාල් ශ්‍රීමත් ජෝන් කොතලාවල ආරක්ෂක විශ්වවිද්‍යාලය විසින් අනුමත බඳවා ගැනීමේ පරිපාටියට අනුකූලව සම්මුඛ පරීක්ෂණයේ ප්‍රතිඵල පදනම් කරගෙන සිදු කරනු ලැබේ.
සති අන්තයේ දින 02 ද ඇතුළුව සතියකට සේවය කළයුතු සම්පූර්ණ දින ගණන 05 කි.
අයදුම්කරුවන් සම්මුඛ පරීක්ෂණයට කැඳවීමට පෙර ඔවුන් කෙටි ලැයිස්තු ගත කිරීමේ අයිතිය විශ්වවිද්‍යාලය සතුය.
කොතලාවල ආරක්ෂක විශ්වවිද්‍යාල වෙබ් අඩවියෙන් (https://kdu.ac.lk) භාගත කර ගත හැකි ආකෘති පත්‍රය මඟින් පමණක් අදාළ තනතුර සඳහා ඉල්ලුම් කරන ලෙස අයදුම්කරුවන්ට දන්වා සිටිනු ලැබේ. ප්‍රමාද වී ලැබෙන, අසම්පූර්ණ හෝ නියමිත ආකෘතියට පරිබාහිරව යොමු කරනු ලබන අයදුම්පත් ප්‍රතික්ෂේප කරනු ලැබේ.

වැඩසටහන් සහකාර (එක් අවුරුදු කොන්ත්‍රාත් පදනම මත)

අවම සුදුසුකම්

i. සිංහල භාෂාව / දෙමළ භාෂාව ii. ඉංග්‍රීසි භාෂාව / ඉංග්‍රීසි සාහිත්‍යය iii. ගණිතය යන විෂයයන්ගෙන් විෂයන් 03 ම සම්මාන සාමාර්ථ සහිතව එක් වරකදී අ.පො.ස (සා.පෙළ) විභාගයෙන් විෂයන් 06 කින් සමත්ව තිබීම.

සහ
එක් වරකදී අ.පො.ස (උ.පෙළ) විභාගයෙන් සියලුම විෂයන් (පොදු පරීක්ෂණය හැර) සමත්ව තිබීම.
පහත සඳහන් සුදුසුකම් සපුරා ඇති අය කෙරෙහි ප්‍රමුඛතාවයක් දක්වනු ලැබේ.

(අ) පිළිගත් ආයතනයකින් ලබාගත් මාස 06 කට නොඅඩු පරිගණක යෙදුම් මෘදුකාංග පිළිබඳ සහතිකපත්‍රයක් සපුරා තිබීම.

සහ

(ආ) පරිගණක යෙදුම් පැකේජ භාවිතය පිළිබඳ වසර 02 ක පළපුරුද්ද.

වයස: අයදුම්පත් භාර ගන්නා අවසන් දිනට වයස අවු. 18 ට නොඅඩු සහ වයස අවු. 30 ට නොවැඩි විය යුතුය.

දෛනික වැටුප

රු. 44,850/- ක මාසික දීමනාවක් ගෙවනු ලැබේ.

අනෙකුත් දීමනා

සේවක අර්ථ සාධක අරමුදල, සේවා නියුක්තියන්ගේ භාරකාර අරමුදල සඳහා හිමිකම් සහ අනෙකුත් දීමනා.
