The Product Head – Money Exchange & Money Remittance is a dual-focused leadership role responsible for driving national business growth and ensuring operational excellence. You will spearhead strategic initiatives to expand the partner network, increase transaction volumes, and identify high-value corporate opportunities. Beyond business development, you will provide critical oversight for daily operations, ensuring all activities strictly adhere to AML and KYC regulatory frameworks. This role requires a proactive professional who can lead operational teams, manage complex staff training, and handle escalated service issues. By monitoring market trends and competitor activity, you will ensure the organization remains a competitive leader in the remittance and exchange sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive national business development initiatives to increase market presence and volumes.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate clients.

• Execute strategic plans to expand the network of partners and service locations.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

• Support daily operations of money exchange and remittance services.

• Ensure strict adherence to AML, KYC, and all relevant regulatory requirements.

• Support staff training on compliance, customer service, and operational standards.

• Handle escalated customer issues and provide operational oversight.

• Coordinate with operational teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in business development or management roles.

• Experience within money exchange, remittance, banking, or financial services.

• Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.

• Strong knowledge of AML/KYC regulations and compliance requirements.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
