Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive digital initiatives specifically for business customers.

• Gather and document detailed business requirements for digital projects.

• Assist in the testing and monitoring of product performance.

• Ensure the smooth execution and delivery of digital projects.

• Monitor ongoing performance metrics for digital banking products.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Banking or Financial Sector.

• Strong understanding of banking products, specifically SME/MSME and digital banking solutions.

• Good knowledge of regulatory requirements and general banking policies.

• Strong IT literacy and analytical skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and Power BI.

• Sound knowledge of marketing principles.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.

• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage cross-functional interactions.

• Experience in customer interaction is considered an advantage.
