Role Description
This is a remote role for a Travel Sales Specialist, responsible for:

Managing and overseeing travel arrangements.

Facilitating business travel needs for clients.

Delivering exceptional customer service.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Consulting with clients to understand their travel requirements.

Creating tailored travel plans and managing bookings.

Ensuring seamless communication throughout the booking and travel process.

Promoting services and identifying opportunities for growth in a competitive tourism market.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management, including planning and organizing personalized travel itineraries.

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to provide high-quality support and build client relationships.

Experience in Business Travel and managing corporate travel needs effectively.

Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity and meeting targets.

Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry, including current trends and sustainable practices, is a plus.

Proficiency in travel booking platforms and tools is advantageous.

Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
