The Head of Branch for our Jaffna location is a critical leadership position responsible for the total oversight of branch operations, financial performance, and strategic growth. You will be tasked with driving sales initiatives to meet ambitious targets while ensuring the branch remains profitable and compliant with all regulatory frameworks. As a leader, you will mentor and develop branch staff to foster a high-performance culture and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a dynamic professional who can balance daily operational management with long-term business development, maintaining strong community and client relationships to ensure sustainable growth within the regional financial landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development to achieve branch targets.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to achieve high performance.

• Manage branch financials, budgeting, and reporting.

• Oversee daily operations while ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Ensure full adherence to regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a senior executive or managerial role.

• Experience within the financial services sector is required.

• Proven leadership, sales, and customer service capabilities.

• Sound knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations.

• Compulsory fluency in Sinhala, English, and Tamil.

• Age below 32 years.
