Key Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess:

Certifications: Valid EUSR (Persons) Competent Person certification.

Essential Qualifications: NSI6 and NSI8 (Non-System Inductions).

Experience: A strong background in civil engineering and proven experience as a Competent Person within a utilities or civils environment.

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Health & Safety legislation and industry regulations.

Leadership: Ability to provide clear on-site direction and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities

Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to all on-site health and safety procedures and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW).

Site Oversight: Oversee and maintain correct site management practices to ensure project standards are met.

Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with work activities.

Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with site management to ensure seamless project delivery and operational efficiency.
