Role Overview
Teamforce Labour is seeking an experienced Plant and Vehicle Marshaller for an immediate start in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-profile infrastructure project within a safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities

Traffic Management: Safely and efficiently manage the movement of all plant and vehicles on-site.

Safety Coordination: Ensure all vehicle movements comply with site safety protocols and operational requirements.

Risk Mitigation: Work closely with site teams to maintain smooth traffic flow and minimize operational risks.

Loading Oversight: Supervise the safe loading and unloading of vehicles in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Reporting: Identify and immediately report any site hazards or issues to management.
Requirements

Certification: Valid CPCS or NPORS certification is essential.

Experience: Proven track record in a similar Plant and Vehicle Marshaller role.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of site safety and operational procedures.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
