We are looking for a precision-focused Lead Material Handling Equipment Operator to orchestrate our warehouse floor operations. This role goes beyond standard machinery operation; you will be the technical lead responsible for synchronizing equipment flow with rigorous safety standards. You will serve as the frontline expert for complex maneuvers and the primary mentor for our junior operating team.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Executing advanced maneuvers with heavy-duty forklifts, reach trucks, and specialized pallet jacks in high-density zones.

• Overseeing the daily inspection and preventative maintenance schedules for the entire mobile equipment fleet.

• Coordinating real-time inventory movements to ensure seamless handoffs between receiving and shipping departments.

• Leading safety briefings and conducting peer evaluations to maintain a zero-incident operating environment.

• Optimizing floor space utilization through strategic stacking and high-bay racking management.

• Resolving logistical bottlenecks by adjusting equipment deployment based on daily volume fluctuations.
