We are headhunting a strategic Product Owner to spearhead digital transformation within a high-growth logistics and manufacturing ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of operational excellence and technical innovation, tasked with translating complex supply chain requirements into scalable software solutions.

The Role

• Define and execute the product roadmap, prioritizing the backlog to optimize warehouse efficiency and retail distribution.

• Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders to refine user stories and technical specifications for global manufacturing flows.

• Lead agile ceremonies, ensuring engineering teams have clarity on sprint objectives and high-value deliverables.

• Monitor key performance indicators to validate that feature releases improve lead times and inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Product Owner specifically within logistics, retail, or industrial manufacturing sectors.

• Deep understanding of ERP integrations, WMS modules, or automated replenishment systems.

• Capability to manage conflicting priorities from diverse business units while maintaining a cohesive product vision.

• Strong analytical skills used to interpret supply chain data into actionable technical requirements.
