Role Overview
We are looking for a talented and motivated Conveyancing Solicitor or Conveyancer to join our growing law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with significant expertise in property law to manage a diverse caseload and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities

Caseload Management: Oversee residential sales and purchases from inception to completion, including both freehold and leasehold transactions.

Technical Compliance: Prepare SDLT forms and handle all relevant property-related legal documentation.

Client Care: Deliver exceptional service by providing clear legal advice and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.

Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate effectively with clients and third parties to ensure the smooth and timely progress of every case.

Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members and contribute to the firm’s shared goals and continued growth.
Qualifications & Experience

Expertise: A minimum of 2 years PQE with a focus on residential or commercial property law.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrable experience managing complex property transactions independently and efficiently.

Communication Skills: Ability to handle sensitive client matters with professionalism and provide easily understood legal guidance.
