Home Care Assistant | Community Support | UK
We are recruiting compassionate Home Care Assistants to support vulnerable individuals in maintaining their independence at home. The Role

Assist with essential daily routines, including personal hygiene, dressing, and morning/evening transitions.

Support nutritional health by preparing balanced meals and encouraging adequate hydration.

Administer prescribed medications accurately and maintain detailed MAR charts and logs.

Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support to combat isolation and enhance wellbeing.

Perform light domestic duties and laundry to ensure a safe, comfortable living environment.

Escort clients to medical appointments, social activities, or essential errands.
Requirements

Genuine empathy and a patient, respectful approach to elderly or disabled care.

Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle for community-based visits.

Strong communication skills to liaise with families and healthcare professionals.

Flexibility to work a shift-based rota, including alternate weekends.
