Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our B2B client network in the travel industry. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, relationship building, and corporate travel solutions, with excellent communication and networking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities with travel agents, corporate clients, educational institutions, and business partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Promote company travel products and services including air ticketing, visa assistance, holiday packages, and corporate travel solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business negotiations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Attend networking events, trade fairs, and industry meetings to generate leads.
• Prepare sales reports and market feedback for management.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or travel industry marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing personality with confidence in meeting clients and building networks.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Knowledge of travel industry products and corporate travel services is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driving license is an added advantage.
