PA required in LS6 to support 18 year old boy with autism

We are looking for a PA for our lively active Autistic son. The job would require someone to take him to activities or out to a park. Our son needs constant supervision as he has little awareness of danger. He would require supervision when going to the toilet but he is physically able.
Hours and rates of pay:

Nine hours per week during term time: three hours in the week (£12.60 per hour) and six hours at the weekend (£15.69 per hour).

Fifteen hours per week during school holidays: nine hours in the week (£12.60 per hour) and six hours at the weekend (£15.69 per hour).
Ideally we would require someone who can drive.
