Job Summary:

Oversee the daily operations and commercial success of our specialist vascular facility. You will lead the clinical and administrative teams, streamline patient pathways, and ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance, and premium patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day clinic operations, staff scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure seamless patient care pathways.

• Drive business performance, monitor operational key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify growth opportunities for the London site.

• Maintain strict regulatory compliance and clinical governance in alignment with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards.

Qualifications:

• Three or more years of proven management experience within a private medical clinic, cosmetic facility, or healthcare setting.

• Strong leadership, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of CQC regulations and patient-centered service delivery.
