Job Summary:
Drive patient access and market adoption for rare genetic disease therapies across key specialized hospital networks. You will manage complex stakeholder accounts, build strategic healthcare partnerships, and accelerate local funding approvals within the region.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute targeted account strategies to secure local institutional access and funding pathways within specialized hospital hubs.

Build trusted relationships with key clinical decision-makers, specialized physicians, and hospital pharmacists to support the patient journey.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs and Market Access teams to deliver high-impact clinical data and value propositions to regional stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Five or more years of experience in hospital sales, key account management, or market access within specialized pharmaceuticals or rare diseases.

Deep understanding of NHS funding mechanisms, regional healthcare structures, and specialized commissioning processes.
