Job Summary:
Join our inpatient care team on Laurel Ward to provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients experiencing acute mental health challenges. You will work closely with nursing staff to support patient recovery, promote independence, and maintain a safe, therapeutic ward environment.
Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily living activities, monitoring physical and mental well-being, and updating clinical care notes.

Engage patients in therapeutic activities and provide reassuring, empathetic support during times of crisis or distress.

Maintain a secure and safe environment by conducting routine ward checks and adhering to strict safeguarding policies.
Qualifications:

Prior experience in a care or support role, preferably within a mental health or psychiatric clinical setting.
