Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based clinical nursing care to patients in accordance with trust protocols.

Administer medications safely, monitor vital signs, and respond effectively to changing clinical situations.

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a smooth, supportive, and safe patient journey.
Qualifications:

Active registration as a Registered Nurse with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.

Proven clinical experience within an acute hospital setting and excellent communication skills.
