What You’ll Do
• Handle international travel trade accounts and direct client inquiries from first contact to booking confirmation.
• Create exceptional tailor-made travel proposals that reflect our brand values and attention to detail.
• Build strong relationships with our network of hotels, guides, and experience providers.
• Manage quotations, negotiate rates, and ensure seamless communication with all partners.
• Collaborate closely with operations to exceed client expectations at every stage of their journey.
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years experience in inbound tourism sales
• Excellent written and spoken English (other languages are a plus)
• Good knowledge of Sri Lanka’s travel products and unique experiences
• Proven ability to manage several proposals and clients at once
• A creative, proactive, and customer-centric mindset
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
• Familiarity with Maldives products
• Experience with high-net-worth travelers or luxury travel agents
• Command of foreign language
