Are you an experienced and nurturing Teaching Assistant who enjoys working in Early Years? This full-time Nursery role near Ashton, Preston is a strong September opportunity to join a welcoming primary school setting for the Autumn Term.
You’ll be part of the Early Years team, helping young children settle, build confidence and begin their learning journey in a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be supporting children in a Nursery setting with:
• Play-based learning and early development
• Daily routines, communication and social skills
• Creating a safe, positive and inclusive environment
• Supporting small groups and individual children
• Helping children build confidence and independence
• Working closely with the class teacher and Early Years team
You’ll Be a Good Fit If You…
• Have experience as a Teaching Assistant, Nursery Assistant or Early Years support assistant
• Enjoy working with young children in nursery or EYFS
• Are calm, nurturing and reliable
• Can support routines, learning and positive behaviour
• Work well as part of a wider school team
• Have an enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or are willing to apply for one
• Are willing to complete Humly’s safeguarding and compliance process before placement
