Job description

We’re looking for a friendly, proactive, and organised Junior Customer Service Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive outstanding support and a seamless experience. You’ll assist with client communications, handle enquiries, and play a key role in maintaining strong relationships that help our campaigns succeed.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to client and customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Support the delivery of marketing campaigns by coordinating customer feedback and assisting with lead management.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and customers.
• Handle complaints efficiently, offering solutions that uphold company standards and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and campaign updates.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to campaign performance and customer tracking.
